Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your unworn Chupacabra Offroad apparel in its original packaging, including all inserts and tags, to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
